5. The SarvodayaJeevanSathi.org, takes no responsibility, of the correctness of the information in any respect, provided by the parties.



6. The Membership fee, once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted in any manner, in any case.



7. The Membership is for a defined period and will be invalidated, unless it is renewed.



8. The information provided is for bonafide personal use only. No commercial or other use of the information is permitted.



9. Any body found mis-using the information or any contents there of, will be removed from the membership and suitable legal or any other action will be initiated against him.



10. The SarvodayaJeevanSathi.org will inform only five biodata in detail with photograph(if available) every month.



11. If there is any dispute about or involving the site and/or the service, by using the site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by INDIA LAWS and the jurisdiction shall be solely at the Courts at JABALPUR, MADHYA PRDESH, INDIA.

1. To avail services beyond search results, You have to seek membership of SarvodayaJeevanSathi.org, by paying very nominal donation, as under



1. For Plan SUPER VIP : Rs. 21,000/- (Rupee Twenty One Thousand Only)Plan is for One Year, 100% Refundable after One Year, without Bearing Interest or give declaration of Doanation to below Poverty line Peoples after one year. Sevices Provided as Plan A.



2. For Plan VIP : Rs. 11,000/- (Rupee Eleven Thousand Only)Plan is for One Year, 100% Refundable after One Year, without Bearing Interest or give declaration of Doanation to below Poverty line Peoples after one year.Sevices Provided as Plan B.



3. For Plan ECONOMIC PLAN : Rs. 5,000/- (Rupee Five Thousand Only)Plan is for One Year, 100% Refundable after One Year, without Bearing Interest or give declaration of Doanation to below Poverty line Peoples after one year.Sevices Provided as Plan C.



4. For Plan A : Rs. 2,100/- (Rupee Two Thousand One Hundred Only), Plan is for One Year, With Profile Photo. Kundli matching by computer, Search reports of profiles if avalable. Your Profile will attach in Website. Profiles with Photo will be sent to your address by Post / Courier / Email as early as poossible.



5. For Plan B : Rs. 1,100/- (Rupee One Thousand One Hundred Only), Plan is for One Year, with Profile without Photo. Your Profile will attach in Website. Profiles without Photo will be sent to your address by Post / Courier / Email as early as poossible.



6. For Plan C : Rs. 500/- (Rupee Five Hundred Only), Plan is for One Year. Services provided in office. You can see the profiles in office / We will send matching biodata list in every three months / if new matching biodata received. Address & Phone - Mobile Nos / list will be send as per terms.



7. For Plan D : Free Registration for those who have BELOW POVERTYLINE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.You can see the profiles in office time only.



2. Mode of Payment
